How can a group of people get to the brink of world destruction and still not learn the lessons of the past. As Jimmy starts his first day at a federal office that investigates UFO sightings, with his boss forgetting that he was hired, he learns they are hiding a secret encounter with aliens that could lead to the destruction of the planet when the species returns to Earth looking for revenge.
