Bauman’s Cider is a family-owned, farm-based cidery in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Raising apples and other fruits here since 1895, we began fermenting our fresh-pressed juice into cider in 2015. We are known for crafting delicious, well-balanced ciders, both modern and traditional, from high-quality, local fruit.
