The Booklover's Ball: First Impressions is an evening for the readers, the dreamers, and the people who have strong opinions about fictional characters. On April 18th, the Grand Ballroom opens its doors for one night of live music, an open bar, food, and the particular magic that only happens when book lovers find each other in a room.
Costumes/formalwear is encouraged: come as a beloved character, a villain with excellent taste, or simply someone dressed for the world they'd rather be living in. There are no wrong answers.
The vendor floor will be open all evening, with over 25 independent paper artists, printmakers, and authors selling their work. Browse between dances. Discover something. Buy the thing you didn't know you needed.
